How to reach us

Email [email protected]. That is the only channel; there is no contact form on this site, because a form that posts nowhere is worse than no form, and wiring one up would mean collecting addresses this site has no use for.

If you are reporting a wrong figure

This is the most useful message we get, and it is easiest to act on with three things in it. Include the page on Nichefit, the vendor page you read, and what that page said on the day you read it — a date matters as much as the number, because half the figures here come from pages that change without notice.

• The Nichefit page and the sentence you are questioning.
• The vendor's own URL — a pricing page, a plan card, a documentation page.
• What it says now, and the date you looked. A screenshot is welcome and never required.

Corrections get made whether or not the vendor involved pays us anything, and a corrected page keeps its address so old links still land somewhere true.

If you are a vendor

Nichefit will fix a factual error on your say-so with a source, quickly. It will not remove a published gap in your pricing, soften a paragraph, or add a product to a comparison in exchange for a partnership — the partner arrangements this site does have are listed on the disclosure page, and none of them buys a placement.

Press, partnership and licensing mail goes to the same address and gets read; it is a small operation, so a reply can take a few days.

What we cannot do

Nichefit cannot advise you on your specific setup, migrate your data, implement a CRM or recommend a consultant. We do not resell software, we hold no vendor certifications, and we have no visibility into your account with anyone. For anything that touches your own contract, the vendor's own sales team is the right address — and for a first pass at the choice itself, the ranking by team shape is the whole of what this site knows.
